Gregory Alan Paolino Jr is the President of Paolino Insurance Agency Inc.
Beginning in production, and experiencing roles in client management and brokering Gregory observed the complete cycle of retail insurance services.
Gregory has successfully brokered and managed custom insurance programs for 1m+ sq ft real estate portfolios, multi-state heavy construction contractors, multinational wholesalers, regional restaurant groups, fresh startups, and alike.
Following a decade of insurance management across various segments, Gregory was promoted to the role of agency President in 2019 as the successor to his father Gregory A Paolino. Gregory represents the fourth generation of insurance of the family insurance business.
Born in Rhode Island and raised on Cape Cod, Gregory has an enthusiasm for community. Further developed during his time as a boarding student at Middlesex School (Concord, MA) he grew an appreciation for the bonds which tie people together. While enrolled at Northeastern University (from where he would graduate suma cum laude in 2013) he entered the business in 2008.
Gregory forged relationships across varying industries. In searching for the commonality between different clients he recognized the link is the people themselves.
Mirrored by his mixed passions of cuisine, athletics, journalism, outdoors, fashion, and architecture Gregory strives to work with clients throughout all aspects of life.
In addition to his insurance career, Gregory was an incorporator/ member of the Providence Foundation; a non profit organization dedicated to the betterment of Providence. Further, Gregory contributes to the Providence Business News as a guest columnist and coaches prep school hockey at the Moses Brown School.
Most recently, Gregory has added brand representative to his titles as he represents the Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company as an amateur brand ambassador.
